How to Register Your Business To register your business on Callza, follow these simple steps:
Open the Callza app and navigate to the “Business Registration” section. Enter your business name, business location (geolocation), and telephone number.
Upload your FICA documents: ID of the business owner Proof of business address (e.g., municipal bill) Once your documents are submitted, proceed with the payment to complete the registration.
Why Do You Need to Upload FICA Documents? FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) is a regulation that helps us verify your business and comply with legal requirements. This process ensures that only legitimate businesses are listed on the Callza platform.
How Long Does the Verification Take?
The verification process typically takes 1 business day.
During this time, we will review your FICA documents and verify your business details.
What Happens After Verification?
Once your business is verified, you will receive a confirmation email or notification within the app.
Your business will be listed on the Callza platform, and you can start enjoying the benefits of being a verified business.
How to Make a Payment for Registration?
After uploading your documents, you will be prompted to make the payment for the registration.

You can view businesses on the contact list. By clicking on a business listing, you can either dial the phone number directly or use geolocation to find the business's physical location.
If you find an incorrect or faulty phone number listed, simply click on the “Report Faulty Number” icon next to the contact listing. This helps us keep the directory accurate and up-to-date.
Yes, Callza is free to download and use for finding and contacting businesses. However, when calling businesses or using data to navigate through the app, standard network rates may apply, depending on your mobile service provider.
Businesses can register by signing up on the app and providing their details. Once registered, businesses pay a monthly/annual subscription fee through Payfast to appear in the directory. After the payment is received, the business will be added to the contact list/directory.

If you're a business owner and need to update your details, please contact Callza via our email address: admin@callza.co.za.
Yes, you can remove your listing at any time by emailing Callza at admin@callza.co.za. Your business will no longer appear in the directory after cancellation.
After registering and subscribing, your business will appear in the directory immediately. If your listing is not showing, check that your subscription is active, or contact our support team for assistance.
